1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
Booking confirmation is provided only after advance payment.
Rates may vary during festivals, holidays, and special events.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out timings will be communicated at the time of booking.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on season and package.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.
No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are requested to:

Respect local culture and environment
Avoid loud music or disturbance beyond permitted hours
Take responsibility for personal belongings
Follow safety instructions provided by camp staff

5. Damage & Misuse

Any damage to camp property caused by guests will be chargeable.

6. Weather & Natural Conditions

Madhuban Beach Camp is located in a natural coastal environment. Weather conditions, tides, or natural events are beyond our control and cannot be grounds for refunds.

7. Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities
Substance abuse
Any behavior that disturbs other guests or staff

Such actions may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Madhuban Beach Camp shall not be liable for:

Loss or theft of personal belongings
Injuries caused due to negligence of guests
Delays or cancellations due to natural or external factors

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
